The Parks and Recreation Department offers Baseball, Softball, and Tee-Ball for boys and girls ages 3-15. The program is split into 7 leagues:

  • Tee-Ball: 3, 4, and 5 year olds

  • Farm League: 6 year olds

  • Minor League: 7 and 8 year olds

  • Rookie League: 9 and 10 year olds

  • Cal Ripken: 11 and 12 year olds

  • Babe Ruth: 13, 14, and 15 year olds

  • Girls Softball: 8-16  year olds

All the Leagues play at the Baseball/Softball Complex located at Easy Walker Park (Tee Ball fields are located in the soccer complex at the east end of the park). There are 12 regular season games and a tournament (with the exception of Tee Ball there is no tournament). All the Leagues are chartered with Babe Ruth League Inc. (Cal Ripken Baseball is a division of the Babe Ruth League) and play in accordance to their rules and regulations. Bring your team Inside the Fence

Once again, the Kentucky Baseball team will have a special pregame opportunity for youth teams (ages 12 and under) who register in advance.

-          FREE Admission for team and coaches (send roster in advance)

-          Meet members of the team before the game

-          Team picture by the Kentucky dugout

-          Form the tunnel as the Cats take the field

-          Group ticket pricing for parents and other guests.
