Congratulations to you and your team for qualifying to play in the 2010 10-year old Ohio Valley Regional. It is a great accomplishment and we look forward to seeing you in Mt. Sterling.
The Mt. Sterling-Montgomery Co. Baseball League has hosted numerous Cal Ripken Baseball and Babe Ruth Softball state and regional tournaments. Our league is proud of our long standing relationship with Babe Ruth, Inc. With two tournaments the 2010 10 year old softball and 2010 10 year old baseball going on, it will be a great baseball/softball atmosphere all week!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
All teams need to check in at Clay Community Center on July 21, 2010 at your scheduled orientation time. Mt. Sterling is on Eastern Standard Time.
Please don't forget to bring your tournament book that includes all the required team information and documentation listed in the Babe Ruth Rule Book.
Wednesday, July 21st
1 pm-4pm - Orientation meetings for all teams. The meeting is MANDATORY for all players, coaches and manager. Parents are welcome to sit in. Your session will last about an hour.
Baseball Orientation Schedule
1pm: East Kentucky, Western Kentucky, Southern Indiana, Host
2:30pm: Central Indiana, Southern Illinois, West Virginia, Ohio
4pm: Wisconsin, Northern Indiana, Northern Illinois, Michigan
Softball Orientation Schedule
Will be assigned as team manager's call with team information.
7:00pm - Opening Reception for the 2010 Ohio Valley Regional will be held at the Clay Community Center. All teams MUST be present for the Opening Reception in uniform jerseys so they can participate and represent their league and community. Food and Entertainment will be provided at no cost for all players and coaches, additional family members are welcome and may purchase tickets at the door for a small fee. Each team will be responsible to bring your state flag. Souvenirs and tournament passes will be on sale.
Thursday, July 22nd
7:30 am - Coaches Breakfast. This is a MANDATORY meeting for all managers...and coaches are welcome. The breakfast will be at Jerry's Restaurant in Mt. Sterling. The meeting will be conducted by the Ohio Valley Tournament Director and Ohio valley UIC.

Daily Ticket Price: Adults $5.00 Children (5-17) $3.00
Tournament Pass: Adults $15.00 Children (5-17) $10.00
Children 5 and Under are Free.
